Returns & Refunds Policy

Every portrait at Loverse.ai is created just for you using your photos. Because each portrait is personalized and one-of-a-kind, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your portrait has been created.

That said, we stand behind every portrait we create. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Digital Portraits

Instant Delivery

Your digital portrait arrives in your email within minutes of purchase - no waiting! Because delivery is immediate, we cannot cancel digital orders once placed.

Our Happiness Guarantee

Not completely happy with your portrait? We'll redo it once at no extra charge - just ask. Email us at order@loverse.ai within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order number
  • The same photo you originally uploaded
  • What you'd like us to improve

We'll create a fresh portrait for you within 24-48 hours.

Quality Problems

If your portrait has obvious quality issues, doesn't match your photo, or contains errors, contact us at order@loverse.ai within 14 days. We will either create a new portrait or provide a full refund - your choice.


Canvas Portraits

Need to Make a Change?

You have 3 hours after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. Contact us at :

order@loverse.ai

Within this window if you need to modify your canvas order.

After 3 hours, your order is automatically sent to production and can no longer be changed, cancelled, or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Canvas

If your canvas arrives damaged, has printing problems, or doesn't meet our quality standards:

  • Email order@loverse.ai within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos showing the issue
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
  • No need to ship anything back to us

Lost or Missing Package

If your canvas doesn't arrive:

  • Contact order@loverse.ai with your order number
  • We'll track it down with the shipping carrier
  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund

What We Cannot Refund

We're unable to offer refunds in these situations:

  • You decide you no longer want the portrait after it's been created
  • The artistic style matches what you ordered, but isn't to your taste
  • Canvas orders that have already entered production
  • Digital portraits (instant delivery)
  • Incorrect shipping address - please double-check your address at checkout!
  • Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery

A note about photo quality: Our portraits are only as clear as the photos you upload. If you send us a blurry or low-resolution photo, the portrait will reflect that. We recommend uploading the clearest, highest-quality photo you have. Not sure if your photo is good enough? Email us at order@loverse.ai before ordering and we'll let you know.


For Our European Customers

EU law provides 14 days to change your mind about online purchases. However, personalized products like custom portraits are exempt from this rule once creation begins.

  • Canvas orders: You may be able to cancel if production hasn't started yet - contact us immediately
  • Digital portraits: Delivery is instant, so creation begins right away

How Refunds Work

When we approve a refund:

  • The money returns to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing
  • Your bank may need a few additional days to display the refund

If you don't see your refund after 15 business days, please email us at order@loverse.ai.
